Championship Chili Cook-off
Hey there! Are you a chili aficionado? If so, we're thrilled to invite you to the CBC chili cook-off! Join us on November 18 at the garage from 5:30-8:00 to showcase your prized chili recipe and compete for cash against other passionate chili lovers.
We're expecting a great turnout, so be sure to invite your friends and family along to share the fun. Chili Cook-off Winner categories are judges choice and popular vote. Prize amount is dependent on the number of entries. Bragging rights always included!
Competition Admission is $25, sign up online or at the taproom (sign up by 11/12)
Taster Admission is $10, sign up online or at the taproom
Instructions for Chili Cooks
Prepare 7 quarts (crock-pot size) of chili
Must list all ingredients
Demonstrate safe food handling practices
CBC will provide serving utensil, 5-ounce serving cups, spoons, and napkins
Cooks will need to arrive on 11/18 and ready to serve by 5:15.
