Blood, Sweat & Beers
CBC is a veteran-owned & operated brewery in Rheems located in Lancaster County, Penn. Crafting a wide variety of beer styles with only the freshest ingredients.
Opened April 3, 2015 with a homemade 1bbl system (which is still used for experimental/ small batch brewing) in a single bay garage tucked away off the beaten path.
For five years this garage was also our public taproom. In September 2020, we moved our public taproom from Rheems to 50 Veterans Drive in Elizabethtown to expand to a larger space and named it - CBC's Rally Point Taproom. Brewing Production remains in Rheems and operates on a stainless steel 10 bbl brew house from Ss Brewtech.
About the Owners
Nick Cox (Brewmaster) and Tim Kreider (Head Brewer) grew up as childhood friends in Rheems before heading into military service. Nick and Tim started home brewing in 2006 and after nearly a decade and hundreds of weekend batches, these "brothers” have shared an appreciation for great craft beer and creating a first-generation family legacy. If they're not brewing beer, you can find them in the garage with friends and working on their choppers or donating their time and resources to Veteran and other local organizations.
